Diane Bowler

Diane joined Wright Manley in 2004 with a wealth of customer service experience. Having been involved in the retail industry for many years, her skills naturally lended themselves to overseeing all sales and lettings transactions in the Crewe Office.  In 2007, Diane completed the NAEA Technical Award in Residential Sales, this has enhanced her dynamic professionalism and attention to detail which has specifically helped Wright Manley to forge such a strong reputation in the industry.

Louise Chapman MNAEA BA

Louise's zealous enthusiasm & fine attention to detail soon promoted her to Assistant Manager at the Nantwich office. Having joined Wright Manley in 2003, aged twenty-three, she is now a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents and is well known and respected in the locality. Louise presently specialises in Estate Agency, both on sales & valuations, demonstrating excellent negotiating skills and innovative thinking, resulting in a premium service to individuals with whom she shares a common goal.

Mark Egerton

Mark was born and raised in Cheshire where he has remained and operated as a successful agent for nearly fifteen years. Having gained valuable industry experience with two of the areas highly renowned firms of Land Agents and Auctioneers, Mark has further developed his skills in the sale of village and country homes within many highly competitive areas including Northwich, Knutsford, Hale and Tarporley. Mark spreads his duties between the company's Tarporley and Chester branches helping promote the company's unique position as the area's only multi-disciplined firm of agents.

Mark Johnson FRICS

Mark joined Wright Manley aged sixteen and progressed from the Auction Department to Nantwich office as residential manager over twenty-five years ago. His qualifications as a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and as a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, complement his wealth of local knowledge and long standing estate agency background in the Nantwich area. Specialising in the sale of residential/commercial properties by Private Treaty, Tender and Public Auction, Mark is also qualified to prepare written valuations for a wide variety of purposes, including Probate, Secured Lending, Matrimonial and Capital Gains Tax.

Alan Muskett

Alan joined Wright Manley aged eighteen and worked full time in the Livestock market, firstly as a Reception Clerk, progressing to be an Auctioneer of Calves, Store Pigs and monthly implement sales, tack sales and outside dispersal sales. In 1993, he moved to the Tarporley office to join the Drawing Office, working with staff that had gained years of experience whilst still working part time at the auctions. He is now solely responsible for the Drawing Office, preparing Ordnance Survey based information for inclusion within sales particulars, valuations, disputes, planning applications and many varied applications for Wright Manley offices.

Robert Reed

On completion of his Law degree at Durham University, Robert started work at an independent residential Estate Agency with two branches in the North West. Within a few months he started to manage one of the offices, and oversaw a significant growth in both market share and sales. Robert is well known in Tarporley, Northwich and Chester as a dedicated professional with a passion for sales and customer service, combined with a comprehensive knowledge of village and country homes. He joined Wright Manley in 2007, where he specialises in the sale of residential properties by Private Treaty, Tender and Public Auction.

William J Swindley FISEA

William was raised in Aston-juxta-Mondrum nearby to Nantwich and educated at Malbank and its sixth form. Having travelled extensively, he joined a well known north west firm of estate agents and progressed to a Board position. Over the last twenty-one years William has gained considerable knowledge of the industry throughout the North West, North Wales and the North Midlands. He has developed over this time a large network of professional contacts within the area and resides in the middle of Nantwich town. As a Fellow of the Incorporated Society of Estate Agents and a Member of the Land Institute he has been involved in a large number of specialist conversion projects and comprehensive development schemes.
