Commercial Livestock enterprises for Wright Manley revolve around the
weekly livestock markets, and, of course, are also integral to the ongoing
success of our business.</font> </p>
<p><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Monday is
primestock day catering for the sale of prime butchers cattle, lambs and
pigs as well as cull sows and ewes. We also sell calves every Monday
morning. </font></p>
<p ><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">However,
Friday is the main day for selling calves and Wright Manley sell more
calves by auction than any other firm. Most weeks of the year an average
of somewhere between five and six hundred head is auctioned. </font><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span lang=EN-GB>On
Friday there are also large sections for store cattle and weanlings as
well as a useful entry of commercial dairy cattle.</span></font></p>
<p ><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The Second,
Third and Fourth Wednesday are reserved for the regular Cheshire Horse
and Pony Sales where up to 200 warranted and unwarranted horses are offered
for sale as well as up to 700 lots of saddlery and tack. To complete
the day out on a Wednesday, many hundreds of people attend Beeston to
do their weekly shopping at the extensive stall market.</font></p>
<p align="left" ><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We
have further developed Wright Manley Direct for the private treaty sale
