At the heart of this is the Western Holstein Club’s monthly shows and sales of pedigree holstein cows and heifers, the largest monthly multi-consigner sale in the UK.</font></p> <p ><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">A recent addition to Wright Maney’s livestock portfolio is the introduction of <a href="pedigree_livestock_auctions/index.htm" target="_parent">Wright Manley Direct</a> for the sale by private treaty of all classes of livestock farm to farm.</font></p> <p ><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Quota is a word, which all those connected with livestock seem to use on a daily basis; and it is the same for us, our <a href="milk_quota/index.htm" target="_parent">Milk Quota Department</a> is another major enterprise for us and deals with all aspects of this market.</font></p> <p ><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Prior to Foot and Mouth, we were operating weekly sales of all classes of Prime and Store Cattle, Butchers Pigs and Lambs, Dairy Cattle and Calves as well as regular monthly sales of Tractors, Farm Implements, Agricultural and Horticultural Machinery, Miscellanea and Effects. In addition to three Sales per month of Horses, Ponies, Saddlery and Tack.
