Our specialist Milk Quota Department has developed over the years into a comprehensive service covering all aspects of the Milk Quota Regime.

The professionally run department is headed by Partner, GRAHAM MARTYN (FRICS, FAAV) and the sales department by Jean Hughes.

Trading

We trade in the selling and leasing of milk quota both by Auction and by Private Treaty. The quota register will be attached to this web site very soon.

Graham Martyn is available to advise on all aspects of the Quota Regime. This ranges from apportionments between owners, division between Landlord and Tenant, Valuation of Tax, Finance and Rent Reviews.
