Commercial Property Acquisition

This can range from an informal opinion on the value of land or property being purchased, to a complete acquisition service including the selection of potentially suitable premises and negotiation of terms on behalf of the purchaser or lessee.

A recent example is the recent opening of a new McDonald's Restaurant in Crewe in which Wright Manley were instrumental in identifying the site and negotiating the terms of purchase on behalf of McDonald's.
